Welcome to the new Eipix website!
It feels good to finally be able to write these words after months of working on the complete redesign of the old website. We have given it a complete makeover, bathed it, fed it, taught it many things and watched it grow and evolve, and now it is finally time to let it out into the great big world.
Our site is brand new and there might still be bits and pieces that don’t work properly or have been misplaced, and we’re relying on your help in removing any errors and improving the experience so that your visits would be as smooth and pleasant as possible.
So, what’s new? Well, other than the fact that our website is now quite a looker, we like to think that it is also more functional, user-friendly, informative and relevant. In terms of specifics, we have added a couple of new sections that we long felt were missing.
The first one of them is the company blog, which will allow various members of the Eipix collective to provide insights into their role in the process of making games. These insights will mainly be aimed at fellow gamedevs who are perhaps facing the same problems that we once did, or still do, but also at gaming enthusiasts and the general public curious enough to peek behind the curtain. In other words, we may get technical, but we will do our best not to geek out to the fullest extent. You can expect our first blog post in the coming weeks.
Another important section of the new website is the press section that collects all relevant Eipix-related info and accompanying materials in one easy-to-navigate hub, allowing the media members quick access to any assets they may need.
You will probably also notice a slight shift of focus from HOPA games to some of our other projects, mainly free-to-play games. Our long-time players and followers need not worry because of this, since we have no intention of moving away from the HOPA genre anytime soon. While we continue to develop HOPA games at the same pace and with the same level of care and attention to detail, we will also simultaneously work on numerous other exciting projects, and we want to share them all with you.
Therefore, make sure you keep coming back at regular intervals and consider subscribing to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage, because we promise that this place is going to be very busy in the coming months.
